VIRTUAL JOB FAIR
Fill your summer - full/part time jobs, internships and volunteer opportunities with qualified undergraduate and graduate students from all academic backgrounds. Post positions at no cost.

Registration includes one 6' table, chair, table cloth, parking and one lunch ticket.

- Non-Profit Registration Fee - $75.00

All artwork MUST be done in black and white digital format (jpeg preferred) and formatted to the measurements indicated below.

(8-1/2"x11" with 1/4" trim) - Half Page Career Fair Booklet Advertisement - $250.00
(7" x 5") - Quarter Page Career Fair Booklet Advertisement - $150.00

JOB/INTERNSHIP SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
RATES RANGE FROM $1,000 - $10,000 per event
Designed to assist students in finding internship and full-time job opportunities, these events provide employers an opportunity to build name recognition with over 1000 student participants from all academic majors. Sponsorship benefits ranging from logo recognition on print advertising to extensive campus publicity that lasts all year.

HOW DO I REGISTER?
You can register for any of these events by logging into your ZebraNet account and clicking on the Career Events/Job Fairs section of the top menu bar. If you don't have a ZebraNet account yet, click here to establish one.
After you have registered for the fair you will receive an approval packet via email that includes directions, a parking pass and information regarding hotel accommodations if necessary.

ON-CAMPUS RECRUITING (OCR)
To streamline your interviewing process, rooms are available at the Career Center at no charge for you to reserve and conduct private interviews. Applicant resumes are submitted to your exclusive password-protected account through ZebraNet. You can choose to pre-select candidates, or have an open schedule. In addition, if you visit campus for interviews after our Job/Internship Fair, students you meet at the fair can be added to your already existing schedule.
WHAT DATES ARE AVAILABLE?
Fall Semester: Dates are available from late September to early December
Spring Semester: Dates are available from early February to late April
*Holiday exceptions may apply
HOW DO I PARTICIPATE?
You can request interview date(s) by logging into your ZebraNet account and clicking on the On-Campus Recruiting (OCR) Schedules section of the top menu bar. If you don't have a ZebraNet account yet, click here to establish one.
After you have submitted an interview date request you will receive a confirmation and further instructions from Paige Carbone, On-Campus Recruiting Coordinator.

EMPLOYER INFORMATION SESSIONS
Space is available on campus for organizations to conduct presentations to students about their culture and career opportunities. The fee to host an Information Session is $200.00 (corporate rate) and $100.00 (government/non-profit rate). Fees include your AV needs and staffing for the event. Marketing for your Information Session is coordinated by the Career Center and a team of marketing interns.
HOW DO I MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR AN INFORMATION SESSION?
If you plan to visit campus for a full day of interviews through our On-Campus Recruiting program, you can request a date for a presentation through your on-campus recruitment schedule request through ZebraNet.
If you are not visiting campus for interviews, but are still interested in conducting a presentation, sign into your ZebraNet account and click here to complete our request form. Questions may be directed to Paige Carbone at 631-632-6809 or paige.carbone@stonybrook.edu.
**IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PARKING TICKETS**
If your are an off-campus visitor attending a Career Center event, please adhere to the parking directions provided. Those who visit campus and do not park in the lot that the Career Center has designated, will be subject to receiving a ticket. Should you receive a ticket, you must go through a formal appeal process to have the ticket and fee potentially waived.
Parking ticket appeals must be submitted within 14 calendar days following the date of issuance or your appeal will be automatically denied.
