What was your role?
I was the HR Intern for NY1 News. I performed various tasks in the recruiting aspect of HR.

What was the most rewarding aspect of your internship/research experience?
Getting real-world experience and meeting well-established people in the HR field was truly rewarding.

What is/was one example of a challenge you faced? Why?
One example of a challenge was that I had to organize events around the schedule of 44 people. I also had to make sure they can all attend.

How has this experience affected your future plan?
I would consider making a career out of this. I loved the work. They kept me busy.
