Morgan Stanley Technology Challenge - "There's an App for That"

The Morgan Stanley Technology Challenge | “There’s an app for that”
Morgan Stanley Technology and Data would like to invite groups of students to build a finance or business application for entry in the Morgan Stanley Technology Challenge.
Each team will be responsible for all stages of the product development cycle: from concept creation, to the application architecture, design & implementation. Entries can range from a simple stock ticker app to a more complex stock selector that uses Google Trends® or Google News ® data to make buy/sell recommendations.
Teams will give a 10-minute presentation that describes the application and the development process. Judging will be based on originality, usability, complexity and relevance to Business & Finance. Prizes will be awarded for the winning.
 
Teams can be comprised of at most three members. To register, email your team name, team members to itcolrec@morganstanley.com by January 27th. All members must be enrolled in SUNY Stony Brook.
 
Judging will be on campus on Jan 31st in SAC Ballroom B from 5 – 8pm.
